Instructions for Loan Request

Before you enter our secure environment...

• Please take a moment to review these instructions.
• Note that you can print the form and fax it to us if you prefer.
• If you are applying for a CFCU VISA card online, simply enter "Credit Card" in the Loan Type entry box. VISA card disclosures can be found at the bottom of this page.
• All applications will be reviewed and responded to within one or two business days.
• Current loan rates are displayed on the Loan Rates page.
• If you need help calculating your loan, check out CUNA's Calculators page.
• You will be asked to sign the loan application at the time the loan is closed.
• Fields marked with asterisks on the secure form are required fields. The form will not be accepted without them.
• Verification of your submission will be e-mailed to you if you fill in the e-mail field on the secure form.

Check coverage(s) desired. We will disclose the cost of this Payment Protection Insurance — Credit Disability and Credit Life — to you. A separate enrollment form which discloses the terms and conditions must be signed for coverage to become effective.
